turmeric, one of the main ingredients in curry powder, anti-carciogenic benefits, great for digestion, eases joint problems, assists with burning fat (as a balanced diet along with exercise)
coconut milk, rich in vitamins and minerals is high in saturated fat, it is much healthier than other saturated fat products, and the fat is easily metabolized by the body, and is also anti-carciogenic, antibacterial, antiviral.
chicken breast, PROTEIN
veggies, Potatoes, carrots, onions
This has been my go to meal. It's filled with nutritious ingredients, good fats, protein, and a small portion is so filling.

obsessing over your weight and counting calories excessively = not good.
I downloaded my fitness pal and I was such a freak with counting my calories so much so that I would stress over what I ate, if it was too much, or the amount of calories. I would be one of those people who would constantly be on my phone planning this meal, adding that meal, and I didn't want to be. SO I deleted the app, and just continued with healthy consumption as best as I could. I had my off meals here and there but because I didn't log it I felt less anxiety over it! Before with using my fitness pal I dreaded adding a macaron that I had after a meal.. and freaking out over how many calories it was! I would sit there and stare at my phone, at that specific log, and dread it, feeling sooo guilty. I guess since I don't have a reminder of my daily food intake I think less about it. Things that stress you out are enemies to your progress. There are some people out there who consider counting calories the way to go about progress but I am not one of those people. Remember, different things work for different people. I find experimenting will finally lead you to what works best. Focus on the healthy aspect of your life. It will lead you to positive outcomes.
Best of luck,
MC.
