It ended up with my boyfriend making this asian chicken lettuce wrap this time. The first time I attempted it ended up being too salty ( I don't really care for cooking). I minced and minced and minced the ginger because I do NOT like grating it. I have this fear that my fingers will end up becoming a part of the dish. So. No grating for me.

My faaaavorite ramen. A korean brand. Spicy and delish. Added some left over steak from the tacos we made the other night. Throw in some cabbage and a soft boiled egg.
